FEAR IT: From Atomic Bombs to Artificial Intelligence – The Weaponization of Manufactured Fear!

Posted on September 26, 2025 By Mickey B. No Comments on FEAR IT: From Atomic Bombs to Artificial Intelligence – The Weaponization of Manufactured Fear!

With history as our guide we look at how the deep state engineers apocalypse narratives to shape opinion, tighten control, and keep Americans living in the shadow of the next manufactured crisis.

This is a long post with tons of images, so you may need to open it in the app or online to view the full thing.

Narrative creation has always been essential for those in power. What we now call propaganda is simply an advanced version of the same tactic tribes once used, when elders told cautionary tales around the fire to keep their people safe from danger.

Stories were instructions, warnings, and social glue, keeping the tribe safe from dangerous predators, treacherous terrain, or risky choices. Fear has always been used to shape human behavior, reinforced norms, and create compliance.

But what happens if the stories that shape us are hijacked? Instead of being told around a fire to small groups, they’re coordinated across a global media sphere, mass produced, and blasted online thousands of times per second. As Hollywood spends hundreds of millions recycling the same fear-driven plots. To reinforce the narrative new “experts” pop up everywhere all at once to warn us about the next big threat.

Vast sums of money are required for this kind of reality building. That’s exactly what it is, media being used to shape our perception, because a shared culture is, in effect, our shared reality.

We know who they want us to believe controls the stories that shape our reality, a robot-voiced “agent” claimed on 60 Minutes that it’s Mossad.

But is that actually true? Or is that claim itself part of the narrative game? It’s true that power in Hollywood and major newsrooms are concentrated in a small, interconnected group who just happens to be Jewish or Zionists. You’re free to make of that what you will. We’ll never have enough evidence to prove beyond a doubt who sits at the top of the pyramid, it’s intentionally designed that way, but we can be certain about what they’re doing.

When we look into the recent history of the United States it’s clear that whoever it is needs us to feel one thing above all else.

Fear.

Fear sells.

Fear governs.

Fear distracts.

Fear silences.

Fear keeps you…

glued to the screen they sold you

checking the tickers they control

buying the products they profit from

voting for wars they fund on both sides

Fear is their favorite tool. Years of practice have made them masters of it. And every generation gets its own custom‑built apocalypse to fear, a designer doom story, tailored just for them. Let’s look at each generations apocalypse and the fallout they left in their wake.

The Nuclear Age: The 1950s–1960s

The first mass-produced apocalypse. Children grew up under mushroom clouds and “duck and cover” drills, learning that total annihilation was always just a button away. Fear taught dependence on the government and normalized obedience.

Apocalypse Narrative 1950’s – 1960’s

The nuclear age was the first apocalypse narrative built by mass media. Fear campaigns targeted Baby Boomers, kids in the 1950s and 1960s, teaching them that total annihilation was always just a button away. Only adults, the government, and institutions stood between them and complete destruction.

The Public Reacts: Paralyzed and Dependent

This fear was totalizing. People internalized that safety could only come from the federal government. The threat felt cosmic, uncontrollable, and unavoidable, almost as terrifying as a meteor or God itself.

Who Benefits: Compliance and Profit

Fear normalized dependence on institutions, justified surveillance and secrecy, and allowed elites to consolidate power. The military industrial complex flourished, war budgets ballooned, and the public accepted policies they would have resisted otherwise. The masses were scared into obedience while the elites quietly solidified influence and profit.

The Lesson: Fear as a Tool

The shadow powers learned early that fear is the perfect instrument to justify control and dependence. They have been wielding it as a master narrative ever since.

The Cold War and Red Scare: 1950s–1980s

Communism was presented as an immediate, personal threat. Loyalty oaths, blacklists, and media campaigns taught Americans to distrust neighbors and trust authorities. Fear reshaped society and justified expanded surveillance and control.

The Red Scare

The Red Scare and the threat of the A-Bomb went hand in hand. Hollywood and the media wasted no time portraying it as a personal danger to your family and livelihood. Loyalty oaths, blacklists, and films about spies and infiltrators taught Americans to distrust neighbors, colleagues, and even friends. The lesson was clear: submit, conform, and obey.

The Public Reacts: Suspicious and Alert

Fear reshaped everyday life. Citizens were encouraged to watch each other, question intentions, and cling to authority for safety. Vigilance became a cultural expectation, and deviation from norms was framed as dangerous, even existential.

Benefits: Power Consolidated

The government expanded surveillance, reinforced military and intelligence budgets, and integrated corporations into the propaganda machine. The public accepted policies they might have resisted, all under the guise of protection. Fear ensured compliance while elites quietly strengthened their influence.

Terrorism And The Fallout From 9/11

A new invisible enemy appeared. Terrorism was portrayed as unpredictable and omnipresent, justifying the Patriot Act, mass surveillance, and militarized security. Fear kept the population vigilant, compliant, and dependent on government protection.

The Threat

The 9/11 attacks and the waves of “terror alerts” to follow were presented as existential threats to every American’s life, family, and livelihood. Unlike the distant, predictable danger of Soviet missiles, this enemy was invisible, unpredictable, and capable of striking anywhere at any time.

Schools, media, and Hollywood went into full propaganda mode. Even “positive” stories, foiled plots, heroic first responders, reinforced the lesson: vigilance is patriotic, questioning authority is dangerous, and above all else, only the government can protect you

The Public Reacts: Constantly Alert

Fear became an everyday companion. TSA checkpoints, Homeland Security alerts, and mass surveillance became normalized. Schools, media, and Hollywood reinforced the idea that questioning authority was dangerous. Vigilance was patriotic.

Who Benefits: Endless War and Control

Fear enabled the passage of Orwellian policies the American people would have rejected before the attacks. It opened obscene profit streams for the military industrial complex, and led to an unprecedented erosion of civil liberties that we’re still dealing with today.

Financial Collapse 2007–2009

Financial crises replaced terrorism as the dominant fear narrative in 2008. Economic collapse normalized extreme government intervention. The bailouts sold as saving the economy, actually gave bailouts to the very banks and institutions that caused the problems. Which meant banks ended up with the homes and the bailouts while Americans, myself included, was left with nothing, while the bank that just took the house I built with my own two hands received billions in bailouts.

I’m still salty over it to this day.

Vanishing 401k’s

The collapse of major financial institutions rattled the public and exposed systemic fragility. Fear of economic ruin dominated headlines, discussions, and personal anxieties. Citizens lost their savings, 401K’s went up in smoke, Americans were made to feel that survival, from jobs to pensions to homes, depended entirely on government intervention and institutional stability.

How People Responded:

People panicked over shrinking savings, volatile markets, and job insecurity. Anxiety spread quickly, shaping spending habits, investment decisions, and trust in financial institutions. Fear created a climate of compliance with whatever emergency measures were proposed.

Benefits to the State:

Fear of financial collapse allowed policymakers to implement massive bailouts, economic interventions, and regulatory expansions. The public absorbed the shocks, while elites consolidated power, influence, and wealth under the guise of preventing disaster.

This is when the gap between rich and poor really started to widen, and it has only grown ever since.

COVID-19

A biological crisis amplified fear worldwide. Lockdowns, travel restrictions, and constant media messaging reshaped daily life, normalized government overreach, and enforced social compliance. Fear of the virus reinforced dependence on institutions and expanded surveillance on a global scale

COVID-19 Pandemic: Global Fear in Action

The pandemic became the next major fear narrative. Lockdowns, travel restrictions, and nonstop media coverage framed the virus as an existential threat, demanding total compliance. Daily life was reshaped as citizens were told survival depended on following government directives and expert guidance.

The Public Reacts: Compliant and Anxious

People internalized fear, adjusting routines, social habits, and personal freedoms. Mask mandates, social distancing, and lockdowns became normal, while citizens policed themselves and each other in the name of safety. Anxiety and uncertainty dominated public behavior.

Who Benefits: Power Expanded

Governments used the crisis to justify unprecedented authority, surveillance, and intervention. Institutions normalized control over daily life, while elites consolidated influence, resources, and messaging, reinforcing dependence on centralized power

Artificial Intelligence: Today

The latest manufactured apocalypse. AI is framed as both a savior and a menace, blamed for economic instability, job losses, and societal collapse. Fear of AI normalizes dependence on institutions, justifies increased surveillance, and consolidates power for the elites controlling the narrative.

Artificial Intelligence: The Digital Apocalypse

That brings us to our current fear narrative. The apocalypse has gone digital. The thing we’re told to fear isn’t bombs, terrorists, or viruses, it’s an intelligence that could outthink, outmaneuver, and potentially dominate humanity. Headlines scream about “superintelligent AI,” “robot overlords,” and “machines replacing humans.”

Here’s the twist: the new narrative is about more than control. AI is being used to explain away all sorts of problems, rising electricity bills, disappearing jobs, an unstable economy, and the idea that collapse is inevitable. It’s no longer talked about as if it might happen, but instead when it will happen and if AI will be able to save us.

We’re told the system is failing and everyone has their own opinion about who is to blame. In reality, these failures have been engineered over decades by the very same people in the shadows feeding the AI fear narrative into the public consciousness. We’ve been groomed to believe AI is both a threat and a savior since HAL 9000 appeared in predictive programming specialist Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey in 1968.

The Public Reacts: Fear and Surrender

They need us to believe AI is a threat and a savior all at once, while it quietly becomes the ultimate tool of control for those pulling the strings from the shadows. This is how they’ll get you to accept every new rule, every new law, every necessary innovation. The public has been primed to beg for surveillance, predictive policing, behavioral manipulation, and more, first through never-ending stories about scary outsiders and now through high-profile events like the murder of Charlie Kirk that help push the narrative forward.

Why Are Tech Billionaires Building Manhattan Sized Data Centers When No One Needs Them?

Who Benefits: Power Entrenched

The truth is, this system of control by AI is already in place. It’s been installed quietly, using official sounding government programs and police budgets. In many places across the country these systems are already operating in secret, without your knowledge or consent. Face scanners and license plate readers are currently writing Americans tickets and fines without any human intervention. This isn’t science fiction. It’s happening now, and the fear narrative makes sure you accept it.

My personal opinion

The future they have planned for us involves tighter control through constant surveillance and tracking with artificial intelligence using cameras and drones. This isn’t science fiction, this is already happening in certain “test” cities.

It’s my personal belief these systems are already fully operational in most cities around the country and is currently in the testing phases everywhere but they’re only admitting a few locations at the moment.

We are certain of one thing. The propaganda machine is working overtime to transform AI into the ultimate boogeyman while simultaneously praising it as a life-altering miracle. Perfectly contradictory narratives, tailored for different audiences depending on where they stand economically. As always, both angles serve the same masters behind the curtain.

For the wealthy, AI is framed as a godsend, a tool of efficiency, profit, and dominance. For everyone else, it is cast as the ultimate threat, a relentless force that will take your job, your security, and your future. A convenient villain for the growing sense of economic insecurity and social instability.

Coincidence? Hardly.

AI has become exactly what the shadow powers need for their next move toward total control. It is not just a technology but a narrative device, a story written to justify policies, reshape society, and normalize surveillance. A transformative tool designed to lift the few while sentencing the many to a managed, controlled existence.

Behind this narrative, the architects of reality quietly consolidate power, hidden behind the same fear they’ve perfected for generations. It’s a brilliant solution to runaway government spending. With over 30 trillion dollars in U.S. monopoly money printed, they can blame AI for the coming mass layoffs and an economic collapse that will make the Great Depression look like a minor dip.

All the while, they will claim AI is saving us from itself. But entry into this “better” world will demand proof of worth and the surrender of whatever rights remain. Survival will become so difficult that most people will beg to join the surveillance state. AI is not just a technological revolution. It is the latest chapter in the franchise called The Manufacture of Fear, and the stakes are nothing less than the structure of society itself.
