From hope to despair: the elite playbook for turning populist energy into controlled submission.
It happened right before our eyes. A movement that began with a tea party, and grew into a powerful force promising to finally put Americans first, end endless wars, and stop giving our wealth to foreign nations was hijacked. Quietly twisted. Hollowed out. Turned into theater. Hope became confusion. Patriotism became ridicule. Every promise a trap. Every rally a show. Every slogan a lesson in despair.
The real tragedy? Most couldn’t see the puppeteer, and many still can’t. This is how it was weaponized. How a movement that could have changed the world for the better was drained, repackaged, and sold back to us as entertainment.
Trump’s Bait and Switch
Donald Trump knew the script. Wrap yourself in America First. Repeat the same promises everyone wanted to hear. No more wars. Bring the troops home. Drain the swamp. Rebuild industry. Stop foreign aid giveaways. Secure the border. Sounded like salvation, right?
Wrong. That was the bait.
The people who had been screaming for decades finally thought someone was listening. The working class. Veterans. Families watching their towns die. They had hope, even if he wasn’t the champion they wanted, maybe he was the one they needed. He was going to smash the establishment, stop the wars, reveal the secrets, and for once in their lives, Americans would be first. Instead, we got higher military budgets, weapons deals with Saudi Arabia, embassy moves, unchanged foreign aid, endless wars dragging on, and new wars started.
Drain the swamp turned into revolving door of Goldman Sachs, neocons, and lobbyists. The same establishment we wanted gone just got red-hatted and sold to us with a smile.
Rallies, slogans, viral clips. Politics became a show. Real energy, real anger, real hope? Consumed. Redirected. Turned into personality cult theater. Patriots cheered while the system they wanted fixed got stronger.
The Demoralization Game
Hijacked isn’t the word. America First was weaponized. Once hope is burned to this extent, people don’t just walk away. They give up. Now the original demands, ending foreign aid and stopping wars, means you are lumped in with buffoonery. That’s genius-level psychological warfare.
Millions who once felt the possibility of reclaiming their country are now fractured, exhausted, demoralized. The elites didn’t just win. They crushed the spirit of a populist movement.
That was the plan. This is how they pulled it off.
Peter Thiel’s Mental Manipulation
In Trump’s first campaign Peter Thiel, an obvious example of an intelligence asset playing the role of a genius businessman, tried to fill the role Elon Musk played in the last election. But Thiel lacks the force of personality Musk possesses. However, he still played a large part behind the scenes. Including talking Trump into choosing JD Vance as his Vice President.
Thiel said the quiet part out loud after Trump’s election in 2024.
“Make America Great Again” was never a rallying cry. It was a demoralization tactic.
On the Honestly podcast with one of Israel’s favorite mouthpieces, Bari Weiss. Thiel said…
“Make America Great Again was the most pessimistic slogan in a hundred years. Maybe you get to make it great again, but first you start by saying we are no longer a great country. That is what the slogan meant.”
It’s not hope. It’s failure. Frame the United States as a nation in decline, feed despair, and then maybe, maybe, let them dream a little. It was never a rallying cry. It was mental manipulation. Despair is fertile ground for cults. If you believe the best days are gone, you don’t fight, you dream, you wait, you hope.

The Elon Musk Misdirection
Even the supposed “reforms” were staged political theater. Enter Elon Musk. The world’s most obvious installed intelligence asset.
Headlines shouted promises of cutting government waste. Even the bloated military industrial complex was finally going to be downsized. Trump claimed it would be cut in half. Crowded stadiums cheered. They thought real change was coming.
From the oval office on February 13th, 2025 Donald Trump said,
“One of the first meetings I want to have is with President Xi of China, President Putin of Russia. And I want to say, ‘let’s cut our military budget in half.’ And we can do that. And I think we’ll be able to do that.”
It wasn’t a one off, in another account from the same day, Trump was quoted similarly,
“When we straighten it all out, then one of the first meetings I want to have is with President Xi of China and President Putin of Russia, and I want to say let’s cut our military budget in half. And we can do that, and I think we’ll be able to do that.”
What actually happened? Cuts were mostly symbolic if cuts were made at all. Foreign aid, a tiny fraction of overall spending, was supposedly “slashed,” but most of it just got shuffled to the State Department to continue business as usual under a new department. The military budget ballooned to over a trillion dollars. Wins never materialized but day after day, Musk and Trump gave statements as if they’d accomplished what they promised. The gullible believed the words they heard without looking for the truth. Patriotic energy was siphoned into celebration over a move that barely scratched the surface of real reform.
Elon Musk’s H1B Demoralization Psyop
Elon Musk revealed himself to be anything but “America First” shortly after Trump’s election, particularly when the issue of H-1B visas was raised. In my opinion, this was a demoralization psyop, one of the first following Trump’s win.
Although he claims to care about Americans, he made it clear that what he actually values is cheap labor. Posting this to X…
Does this sound like an America First supporter? I argue it sounds like the exact opposite. People he made believe that he was on their side he now says something like this too? Something isn’t adding up.
So as they force illegal immigrants out the front door, they quietly open the back door for H1B visa holders to fill jobs Americans would love to have.
Promises Without Action
The pattern repeats. Tell people the job is done. Make them feel progress has been made. Then do nothing. The optics are everything. Headlines, viral clips, social media narratives convince Americans reforms are happening.
Reality? Structural issues stay untouched. Foreign aid continues. Endless wars grind on. Policies remain the same. The people cheering the “wins” are cheering smoke and mirrors. This is how demoralization works, convince the base they’re winning while nothing actually changes.
Israel’s Role
This wasn’t sloppy politics. It was deliberate. Israel had everything to lose if Americans actually united around the original America First demands. Stop foreign aid. Stop endless wars. That would have hurt their strategy financially and militarily.
So they flooded the space with narratives, think tanks, influencers, and politicians. Culture-war theatrics. Wedge issues. The original message drowned in noise while billions kept flowing and U.S. troops stayed locked in endless conflicts.
They’ve filled the Trump administration with intel assets who are doing their best to focus our attention towards immigrants, and away from the core America first demands of no wars and calling it America First.
Israel is determined to continue it’s greater Israel project and a group of Americans chanting “No More War” isn’t even a speed bump in their path.
The mental manipulation is so sophisticated most people never notice their attention has been redirected towards racists policies. Causing MAGA to appear as essentially a racist group who hate immigrants, or at least this is the narrative being formed. Since America First is now associated with maga, this group is lumped in as well. Turning most Americans away from what they see as a group of racists.
The election of Donald Trump has made a fool out of every America First patriot who voted for him. If you listen to CNN you’d think his support hasn’t diminished but this is a poor attempt at creating a fake consensus, nothing more.
It appears more likely with each day that passes Mossad and the CIA control every talking head you see on legacy media and the majority of the alternative media. These assets will read any script without question.
Next step? More of the same. MAGA becomes the circus to corral real populist energy while Israel pulls strings behind the curtain. Managed decline benefits them.
The Way Forward
The only way forward is to return to the simplicity of the original demands, no more wars, no more foreign aid, and an open rejection of the forces that derailed them, including Israel’s strategic role in subverting the movement, manipulating narratives, and redirecting patriotic energy into spectacle and division.
Without calling out the problem the cycle resets under a new slogan, a new personality, and the same old control. Once Americans see the puppeteer, the original goals of America First, sovereignty, peace, putting Americans first, can finally start to regain traction.
If there is to be a real populist movement, it has to resist the spectacle. It has to go back to basics, strip away the noise, and hammer those two demands relentlessly until they can no longer be ignored.
I could go into much greater detail about the role each of these individuals played in the grand deception, and I plan to do exactly that in the future. But the key point to understand now is that they each of these individuals are Intel assets. They are playing their part in a meticulously planned theatrical production from the White House for us peasants.
Each of the people mentioned here have always taken orders from intelligence agencies. Whether you believe those orders came from the CIA, Mossad, or both, the result was the same, one of the greatest bait and switch operations in American political history.
